Our Range of Facilities For Asset Based Lending

There are a number of facilities to choose from, each having its own benefits dependant upon your business circumstances. We recommend that you carefully consider all of the factors involved, such as your accounting and tax position, VAT considerations and the various repayment options, in order that you make the right choice of facility. Below are the main Facilities which we can arrange:

Leasing
Leasing is a form of Installment Credit, which can be arranged over a period of repayment up to five years, with a deposit requirement often as little as just one months rental. The monthly rentals (or a proportion of) would normally may be offset against profits for tax purposes. VAT is charged on each of the monthly rentals.

Hire Purchase/Lease Purchase
Hire Purchase is another popular form of Installment Credit, which can be arranged over a period of repayment up to five years, with a deposit requirement as little as one months payment, however you do have to pay the full VAT on the Equipment Cost with your deposit. Write Down Allowances and the interest element of the facility would normally be offset against profits for tax purposes.

Re-Finance of existing Equipment and Vehicles
In these time where we are all looking to improve our cashflow and rely less heavily on the banks for providing working capital, there is an ideal product available to raise capital for your business. We can arrange finance on your existing equipment and vehicles, to provide a cash Injection into your business as long as there is equity in the asset/s, or sufficient equity over and above any current outstanding borrowings. If there are borrowings then these would be settled off by the new lender, consolidating the debt and extending the period of repayment to reduce the monthly outgoings (subject to a valuation on the asset and the company’s suitability for such finance).
